I've been working really, really hard on getting my food storage...both my short term, and my year's supply. I came across this article today and about did a dance!
I've got more research to do, BUT WOW! The possibilities this opens up!

Wow, store cheese for up to 25 years!! now why am I storing rice again?:) I would much rather live on cheese! I have never heard of cheese wax before. Very cool, very very cool!
