Panic.
Thankfully, Cathy came to the rescue with some dollar bills from her purse.
But, as Cathy was handing over the money to Bill, Porter chimed in and said, "Don't worry about it dad. I've got it."
Bill said, "OK" and handed Cathy's money back to her.
When the pizza guy arrived, he gave us our pizzas, and Porter handed him a 10 dollar tip. (Our pizza order was only $15) :)
The nice young man asked if he could give Porter back some change and Porter told him, "No thanks," with a huge smile on his face.
The pizza delivery guy had a huge smile on his face too. I think our 11 year old son might have just made his day.

Nat, Warm my heart. Porter you made his day no doubt.
What a sweetheart. Way to go Porter! And what a great mom to support that. I probably would have jumped in and stopped it. I love that you didn't.
What a good kid!
THAT MAKES MY DAY TOO. It kind of remind me of something Bracken would do. I remember he would never even eat a candy bar unless he had asked everyone else in the house if they want it (especially mom).
Porter is a sweety.
Kids are so amazing and think of the neatest thins!! What a kind young man!!
That is awesome, I can just picture Porter's smile when he handed him the money. WHat a cutie....tell him his aunt Megan thinks he is a cutie, and watch his face go red for me:)
Natalie, I echo what Jen said, you are such a good mom to not step in and say anything; it's no wonder your kids are so thoughtful and good; look at their great mom and dad!
